    1. Module objectives (本模块目标)

      • Describe the features of WAF; (WAF特点)

      • Describe general design principles in the cloud environment; (云环境设计原则

      • Describe pillars of WAF; (WAF的5个支柱,2021年增加到6个)

      • Describe the common uses of WAF (WAF应用)

    2. Purpose of WAF (WAF的目的)

      The WAF enables the customer to make informed decisions about the architecture, in a cloud-native way, and understand the potential impact of design decisions. (WAF帮助客户决定如何搭建云原生IT系统架构,并深刻理解这些决定潜在的影响)

      The WAF provides a consistent approach to evaluating workload architecture through a set of questions, across five pillars (now six pillars) with design principles. (WAF将系统架构评估分解为5个方面/支柱,结合一组问题和设计原则,提供了一种持续的、始终如一的评估方法)

      PS. A workload is a collection of interrelated applications, infrastructure, policy, governance, and operations that provide business or operational value. (Workload是指一组提供业务和运营价值的应用程序、基础设施、业务策略、监管条例、日常运营操作的集合,简化为“系统”,WAF应用的对象就是Workload Architecture,简化为“系统架构”)

    3. General design principles (设计原则)
