DBCO-PEG3 Maleimide hydrophilic PEG spacer arm can improve the solubility in aqueous buffer solution, maleimide group can react with sulfur group specifically and effectively to form stable thioether bond, and make DBCO part simply and effectively bind to cysteine containing peptide or other thiol containing biological molecules.
